Moo Lovin!

I mean....who doesn't LOVE a Moo..... Aka Lexi? Really...who doesn't? She is just SO adorable and squishy! SO, of course we had a blast at this shoot. Her momma got to enjoy a gorgeous day at the beach and I got to capture her LOVIN on her Moo :) These two just glow when they are together. You just enjoy being around them and I think the fact that I enjoy being around them shows in these images. I even had my little assistant with me (those sneak peeks coming soon) and we all just played....and time flew by...and before I knew it I had a full card FULL of beautiful images. It was just a joy to get to conduct this shoot and I totally look forward to watching Miss Lexi grow up in front of my lens!

Mitchell & Aurelia Together At Last

About a month ago already Miss Aurelia made her entrance into this world and big bro Mitchell was RIGHT there waiting with loving open arms. I know....because I was there! How cool right? I actually just so happened to be in the area and swooped in to keep an eye out on Mr. Mitchell because someone named Aurelia ;) was ready to arrive! THEN to top it off I got to take her first portraits and their first portraits together. You really can't beat having a job like mine. I can honestly say that Aurelia couldn't ask for a better big brother. I think these pictures say it all. I pride myself in being able to capture the reality of a moment and relationship and these two are going to not only be brother and sister but life long friends. I am SO excited to watch them grow. Mitchell's LAST Days As The Only Child....

And I don't think Mitchell was sad ONE BIT about it being his last days as the only child...as you can see :) He was SO ready to see his sister. I think I shot these images about a week or maybe less before she made her arrival into this world. I thought I wasn't going to make it...or is it the other way around :) I thought momma PAM wasn't going to make it! We RUSHED to Muir beach and had fun playing at the beach and exploring the woods. I hope Miss Aurelia Jane is a nature lover! Because her big brother is going to want NOTHING more than to show her what loving nature is all about! I guess I will find out this Tuesday as my camera and I are going to get to meet Miss Aurelia and watch new big brother Mitchell in action! Introducing Miss Harlow M.

From the moment Miss Harlow entered this world and I saw that first iphone pic her mom posted on Facebook I just KNEW I was going to have a ball in front of her with my camera.....and I was RIGHT! I like to compare Miss Harlow to a twinkie, she's small, cute, squishy and SO sweet...and once you meet her...you just want to spend all day with her! After about an hour she said, Mrs. Kenya I know you are having a great time but I need my beauty sleep and that is the ONLY reason why I stopped :) I could have stayed all day. I know I say that a lot but, mix in beautiful Harlow with her awesome home, her charming mamma and a good camera and seriously...I could have stayed all day. I hate to say hurry up and turn one already...(sorry Becky :) But hurry up and turn one already so I can get my camera back in front of you!! Thanks girlie I had a blast :)

Spring with Demi & Bailey

It's always so wonderful to see a relationship form from the beginning, especially when it's a beautiful relationship between sisters. I was SO excited to get my camera in front of these two cuties again. We got to play with balloons, pretend to hunt for Easter eggs, laugh and jump and have a great time on what was a wonderful spring day for pictures. I could tell that Miss Demi is very comfortable now and loving her new role as big sister and Miss Bailey is just as joyous as ever. These girls are going to have many beautiful memories of growing up together and I am honored to have the privilege of capturing their first year together :) I mean look at them...they make these pictures glow!
